Transforming Capital and Capitalism for the New Majority

Impact investing has come of age. We must make it easy for the capital of a growing number of investors seeking to generate social, environmental, and financial impact to super-charge the closing of racial gaps in income and wealth. We also need affirmatively to build a new capitalism that enables the New Majority to power our future economy through entrepreneurship and job creation. This means demonstrating that the system as it exists now is not how it has to be—from challenging traditional definitions of creditworthiness and other norms to putting people of color in decision-making positions.
